Crystal Palace Road, London

Crystal Palace Road is a large, single-storey rear and side wrap-around extension in East Dulwich, London. The extension converts this modest one-bedroom Victorian flat into a 3-bedroom family home by reimagining its previous layout to create two new bedrooms, a study and a new bathroom. To the rear, the extension creates a modern open-plan living space, taking advantage to the connectivity of the rear garden and the inner courtyard maximising the natural light into the space.
